Dismayed
Disgusted as were told on day of claim that excess would be $600. 3 months after get told excess $2600 due to going over yearly km range. 1. Was never asked the km at time of accident when I first claimed. 2. Car repairer had to do photos etc twice due to losing first set of photos and woolworths using second photos of km as there record( this puts our km over the yearly bracket, 3 mnths after accident). Customer service tells me I have to provide proof of km at time of accident. they just didn't care.
