Insurance Claim
Just rang them regarding an accident that was not my fault. They told me that I had to do the negotiating with the other persons insurance company. They said it could cost me my no claims bonus if they handled my case! Fortunately the other person had admitted fault and their insurance company have been absolutely brilliant (SGIO) and have helped me all the way! Even the SGIO were shocked on Woolworths policy in making their clients do all the work!!! I can't believe how I was treated by Woolworths when I came to make a claim. What's the point of them if they offer no support!! I think they are absolutely disgusting and I will definitely be changing when my car claim is settled! You always find out how good an insurance company is when you come to claim and they are absolutely crap! You would be mad if you do not heed my advice!
