Spare yourself the trouble and go elsewhere
Every time we have had to file a claim they come back and say there is minimal damage and because our deductible is so high they don't have to do anything. Most recent claim with all the winds, rain, hail, and flooding - as expected....minimal damage. ONLY this time I had 3 separate contractors come out FIRST and all 3 agree that there is damage bad enough that it warrants full replacement. I got the run around for nearly a month with no answers, no help. I've left message after message even with managers and no one returns my calls. Found out my claim was reassigned 2 days ago and according to that new reps notes...she spoke to me. NEVER HAPPENED. Not stopping this time. I don't know what their racquet is, but I'm not playing this game with them. I've posted on every review site only to discover the massive amounts of bad reviews they have....next step is to file with the BBB then the Texas Department of Insurance. RUN FAR AWAY FROM QBE!
