Extremely Long Claim - 6 months and still waiting for rebuild
Affected by Feb 2022 QLD floods its now September and we still are waiting on someone to rebuild. Constant errors and communication between building company and Allianz has delayed the works further. Communication is non existent and when calling we are on hold for more than an hour and the phone rings out. Tried email again no response. Last update: Building company has been waiting a month for approval on the new scope of works which had 2 additions. Highly recommend not using Allianz for home insurance.
