Write offs

I had an accident in wet weather conditions and crashed my Hyundai Excel into a gutter. Fortunately my Allianz insurance cover meant that even though my car was a write off, I had the market value reimbursed entirely. The whole process was very smooth and the staff were very understanding, at no point did they make me feel uncomfortable
