Expectations met - no problems with Allianz

Great customer service, no hassles with claims. Had a slight hiccup with being charged for the hire car covered in my policy but one phone call to customer call centre and this was rectified and refunded. Overall I would rate Allianz highly, have been with them for several years now - reliable and reputable = peace of mind.
