Still no claim payout, wont be going back
Four months since that accident and I’m still waiting to hear from Allianz. Every time that I call, I have to repeat the details of the incident with the assurance that some action will be taken. They don’t seem to have any intention of clearing the claim and have definitely lost out on a valuable customer.
