Very slow claims payout despite high premiums.

The other driver was clearly at fault. He was speeding and hit my car. But all Allianz has done is made me wait, for what seems like an eternity. And last week I came to know that the other car is also insured with Allianz. Have I been paying exorbitant premiums to get treated like this?
