Slow to answer calls, haven't paid claim.

Was with Allianz for 5yrs without any claim. Then one day, a trailer hit my car. Ever since, I have just been calling their office only to told to hold the line, and the longest that I have waited is over 50 mins. They have not paid for the full repair cost.

Claim has been dragging on for 9 weeks with no end in sight. They delay and pressure you to the point...
