If I could give Bingle -5 stars I would

If you have just renewed or are looking at Bingle STAY AWAY!!! They are nothing but criminals they have had my husbands car for “assessment” after we made a claim for proven fuel contamination for 19 weeks and still no answer. We have been “investigated” twice and still no result and they have the audacity to tell us we should be happy they are investigating. It was his work car so his business would have gone under if we weren’t in a position to sell my car and replace his trade vehicle. They don’t care and still taking our monthly premiums for a car we don’t have possession of and have no understanding if car will be fixed or written off. They are doing everything to get out of paying the claim.
