Massive savings and top repair work after accident

I saved almost $300 switching to Budget from RACV 3 years ago. That was a substantial saving so I went ahead with them. Last year, I had to make a claim when somebody bumped the back of my car. I rang them up and I had the option to choose my own repairer or use their nominated repairers. Everything was dealt with by them so I did not have to chase up the other driver's insurer. Since I did not know any repairers, I went with theirs and my car was fixed within a week. The workmanship was excellent too! I still kept my rating 1 as it was not my fault.
