Review for budget direct car insurance by T35

Switched to Budget to save some money, ended up paying more. I never made a claim for as long as I was driving, but I was at fault in a 3 vehicle accident. However, my claim was rejected on non-disclosure, which was nonsense because my car was inspected by them when I switched over to Budget. The payout for the accident was $20,000. Thankfully, 9 months later after going through FOS, Budget was found liable for the total cost of the accident. In my opinion, I shouldn't need to go down that track to get what I paid for in the first place and the manner at which I was treated by the the Budget staff was just disgusting.
