Going elsewhere following a no fault claim
We are customers who have been with them for more than 5 years, for both home and car insurance. It was only after we made a no fault claim that we realised how bad their service are. The car was just 3 weeks into the new yearly policy and we were not able to transfer the policy to our replacement vehicle. I was paid significantly less than the market value of my car and even though the guilty party's insurance argreed to pay for the temporary car replacement hire cost they refused to pass on those benefits to me. They did not act on my best interests and tried to make money off my incident. I will be both my car and home insurance elsewhere.
