Terrible claims service, rude customer service
I joined Budget Direct 6 months ago and I have made 1 claim. The process to sign up was troublesome especially with the proof no claims discount. The claims process is terrible too with really rude customer service reps and very slow response. I will be looking for other insurers once by insurance runs out.
