DO NO USE BUDGET

WOW where to start what a hassle these guys are. they may sayu they are the cheapest but the y are the worst. do not be fooled guys.

If you do need to make a claim you are in for a very painful process. My gf had an accident in her car and needed a new from bumper ner head light and new front grill. we had to make a claim then take it for "assesment." this took 2 days before they could "asses" her car. then they tell me who i have to use to repair it. not my choice and they will not even look at my panel neaters quotes. They decide that there is 3K in damages to repair so we proceed and pay the $1100 access. i show a panel beater i know and he says it should only be $1,600 to repair. but no they still want to use there own repairer. 2 whole weeks later we finally get told we can book an appoitment with the panel beater to get the car fixed. this is after 2 weeks of waiting and having no car and paying around $400 in rentals. they said it took a while for vic roads to send my gfs driving history. i have never heard of this been neede dwith other insurance companys.

i call the repairer today and he says i can get you ion on the 18th of feb and will need 5 days to fix it. HA another 2 weeks without my gfs car. there goes another $400-$600 in car rentals for another 2 and a half weeks. so all up i have paid $1100 excess an around $1000 on car HIRE. absolute joke this company is. please guys pay $10 more a month else where and get a good deal and have your car back within a few days. This place is a joke and i will never refer u.

I work in the car sales industry and i make sure none of my customers use budget car insurance. use anyone but there guys trust me
