Great experience!

I recently was in my first accident and as I was on my probationary license it was very daunting. When I called Budget direct they were very calming and helpful and really listened to what I had to say about the situation, this was really important to me. I explained the situation and they took care of the rest. Although I didn't get to choose where my car was repaired, I had the option to choose one that was of most convenience. For the price of insurance and what you get included, I wont be changing insurance providers any time soon.
