If you want a company that doesn't provide you service then Budget Direct is for you!!

After being involved in an accident that had occurred late last year that wasn't my fault I had made a claim through my insurance company which is budget direct to help fight the matter. I knew from the harassment and bullying i had received from the other insurance companies involved in the accident that both parties were trying to blame myself for the accident. I had paid my excess and had asked several times prior to paying would i be notified whether these companies would be paid out prior to this occurring. After not hearing from the company in a month i rang to see what was happening with the claim. I was shocked to find that budget direct had paid off the other insurance companies and not even informed myself. This has really screwed myself over as this incident was not caused from myself that if i had known that they were just going to have done this i would have advised them that i want to go to court. I had paid for an expensive service in which i had not received. I will definitely not being using budget direct at all in the future and will be advising friends and family of the poor and quality service they would receive by going with this company.
