Nightmare claims

They love to take your money. But except you to jump through so many hoops to make a claim.
Small accident by a listed driver hitting the garbage bin and causing damage to a front guard.
They wanted records of listed drivers that weren't even involved in the accident.
They are rude and make the whole process as unpleasant as possible.
I have mostly used NRMA and have never had any issues making a claim with them ever.
Only went with budget direct to save money at a time when money was tight.
Will never use them again.
Save yourself the headache and pay a bit extra and go through one of the bigger local insurers.
