Insurance that includes being misled, bullied, ignored and even losing your car for two weeks!

Budget Direct's preferred towing company tried to charge me $120 to take my car to be repaired. I refused to pay this fraudulent scam attempt, so they impounded my car at their tow yard for 2 weeks in retribution. Budget Direct had no idea about this at all, until I called to check the status of my repairs after my hire car rental agreement was expiring. First Budget Direct tried to make me pay out of pocket for additional hire car rental and then wouldn't actually talk to me until I directly emailed their CEO. I'm told 3 weeks later that it is actually now being repaired but I have little to no confidence in them or their operations. This is a disgraceful company that really has no interest in helping it's customers. It doesn't even care where your car is or that its contractors bully its clients! Really classy stuff. Do not recommend going with them and I'll be leaving as soon as my car is fixed and I'm paid back.
