Very polite call centre staff yet didnt explain the extra $400 for under 24s as i didn't have my policy on me and have never claimed anything in my life. They had 3 opportunities to tell me over 3 different phonecalls. after the 3rd, i very promptly recieved an apology call for missing out this extra excess. talked to one of the australian management staff who explained they will go by what they told me which was $400 total. Yes maybe i should have known this excess as i signed up for it but i did ask for their assistance as i was a newbie to claims. you can't just miss out fee explanations in customer service its not good enough.
