Making a claim was easy

We all wish that we dont have to make a claim on insurance but during a big storm a large tree fell across the bonnet of our car. Result: write off! The car was still drivable so I took it in to the claims centre and with 5 minutes I was on my way home in a taxi. The money was in the bank a week later. They filled out all the paperwork, was very easy and convenient.
