Having only to make a claim once, I have to say that my customer experience with Suncorp from sign up to the claim the customer service was exactly what you'd expect from any provider. They keep you calm when you are in panic or shock from an accident, determine your needs and apply this to your cover. so both claims and customer experience are of high standard in my experience. With value for money, I have a great deal of benefits in my cover which cover hire car, windscreen protection, paint protection, other drivers, car modifications and new for new replacement car.
