absolutely terrible
"Get what you paid for" is the old saying...We chose Woolworths insurance as it was cheapest of the online quotes. To our dismay we had an accident and made a claim. Assessor took 2.5 weeks to even look at the car quoting $8750 damage to repair. We only paid $8800 for car and that was the amount put on insurance policy. We said no way are we taking car back and to writeoff which assessor agreed to. All good so far and was told to give bank details and amount would be put into account.
3 days pass no money, contacted Woolworths and was told they were waiting for us to provide paperwork...if we hadn't have contacted them how long were they going to wait to contact us?...
It's now been going on 6 weeks and still no money.
After contacting them multiple times and being told it should be taken care of tmw..should be taken care of tmw...
Absolute joke..
We haven't had a car for 6 weeks including xmas as "mangers who authorise payments are away on holidays" leaving mere telephone consultants there to answer phone.
Absolutely terrible service and am spreading the word to beware before purchasing any Woolworths product...
Just rang again today as managers back from holiday..now going to be another 3-5 days..Not happy.
