Where are your manners
Correspondence from this company is poor. No letter writing skills. No one puts their name on letters sent to you. Very impersonal even though you leave your name with them. Do not know or they are ignorant of the GST legislation. And no apology from them once they realise they were wrong. Wont even shop at Woolies now.
