Great customer service.

Every dealing I've had with them has been great. I've changed the details on my cover a few times and they've quickly refunded me the difference every time. I can't review their claim service (I hope I don't have to) but I'm willing to bet it would be dealt with just as fast an professionally as every other time I've contacted them.
