Total waste of money

Get insurance with woolworth as they look very reasonable in price .
But once I met with an accident and try to make claim it's all turn upside down . First they don't like to handle claim as its other parties fault so they want me to go to there insurance but I insist to go with them (which is biggest mistake I made ) so after 3 weeks in still waiting for my claim to get finalised as car is total road off .They never bother to call you not even to tell me that the car is total loss. Pickles auction appeared on my door saying they here to pickup my car are one who told me tht car is total loss. I'm so confused I'm insured with woolworth or pickle auction ???
