Very very very bad claims and customer experience
Recently I've a 3rd party claim to woolworths insurance (not at fault). Woolworths seems to be engaging 3rd party assist and Hollard insurance. They written off my perfectly running and well loved car without consent and assessed the car for $6000 way less than market value of $9000. They expect me to have a brute force settlement @ assessed value. If I don't accept and settle at their assessed price, I'm not eligible for courtesy car even though I'm not at fault. I clearly see Woolworths is doing very very bad in insurance product and loosing their good reputation they gained from fresh food market. Woolworths car insurance(may be other insurance products that I can't confirm) following unethical processes and providing customers a very very bad customer and claims experience. Considering all these pains, Woolworths definitely is not a go to company for insurance. I'm going quite going to woolworth stores. I'll strongly recommend not to go with Woolworths insurance because Woolworths putting both parties in trouble when it come to claim.
