The claims department are the worst
My car got written off by a stolen car while parked at work. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for my claim, I’m owed 12.2 k for agreed value. They don’t answer calls or reply to emails. I’ve had to get the ombudsman involved . It’s been nothing but a lengthy headache from a company that just rips people off.
