Disappointing Youi

Our parked car was totalled by a man falling asleep at the wheel and my claim experience with Youi was difficult and extremely stressful! I felt as though we were being robbed by Youi and I am so sad that this insurance company feels justified in treating us (an innocent customer) in this way. We have our second car insured with Youi and we plan on changing insurance provider straightaway due to our recent experience! Youi will never be getting their hands on our money ever again!
