Misleading, indifferent and ripping off
Signed up with Bupa and I was given the impression that I could upgrade and use my Extra immediately. Customer service was a bomb, they only gave once piece information and I had to call again and again to get them to explain, claim process took 2 weeks and sent to a wrong account. Staff at the call centre showed no enthusiasm towards customers.
Things didn't end at cancellation. I moved to another provider. The new one sent Bupa a request for Clearance Certificate straight away. I called Bupa 2 weeks later: "No, we haven't received any paperwork, you're still active with us." I made the request myself and well...it's being processed now and will take 4 business days until they sent the Certificate by POST.
Bupa, it is such a joke!
Seriously, nib sent it straight away when I ceased the payment and it didn't take more than 1 day to come to my email inbox. Such a waste of time!
