Claiming with Allianz was a harrowing experience!

I was a regular customer with Allianz having renewed my policy twice. However, while filing a claim for damages by storm, I was given quite a run-around. First they said the specific damage may not be covered. Then they said it is covered. Then they took forever to process my claim. Seems like the people do not understand their own policy. It was a harrowing experience! I strongly advice against taking up insurance with Allianz.
