pOOR cUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN CALLING TO TAKE OUT NEW POLICY AS QUOTE WE HAD ALREADY RECEIVED WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AT THE TIME THAT WE WANTED TO START THE POLICY HENCE WE HAD TO START NEW QUOTE ALL OVER - TIME CONSUMING TIME WASTED
