Consultant very intimidating, contradicted me when I pointed out the water damage to my home and said that cracks were there long before. Zero sympathy was shown. Gave me no time to access the damage, and being in a traumatised state, I didn't have the energy to complain. Water damage can take some months to become evident. hey kept changing the person handling the claim and most of them were rude. I was not happy with the repairs but didn't want to have to deal with them any more.
