Extremely unimpressed, cancelling policy
I bought a home insurance policy from QBE in May last year. However, when I filed for a claim after my house was robbed they did not pay me for the missing contents stating that I was not covered for it in the building insurance policy. Shouldn’t I have been informed about this in the beginning when I bought the policy? Isn't it common sense that when you buy home insurance, you want cover for theft/ robbery? Seems like I was robbed twice, by the people who broke into my house and my insurers. I am cancelling my policy and don’t want any association with them ever.
