Can't believe how terribly we have been treated
Three weeks of fighting them to get a leak fixed in our bathroom. Two visits from their plumber, he knocks a brick out of the wall and walks of the job saying he has to ask permission to proceed with repaired, don't see him again. We are then told to get our own plumber who is wonderful and says we have to pull up the bath. QBE is now refusing to pay for damages caused in order to repair the leak, how can you get a fiberglass bath out without damaging it, not possible in our bathroom and what about tiles and the brick that other fellow took out. They said this would all be covered, I am so disgusted.
