Review for suncorp insurance home insurance by bad_insurance
I have cancelled my policy with Suncorp and would advise others to follow the same. Last year, my house had water damage and was leaking due to the constant rain. I called up Suncorp to check if they can help get the house repaired and for advice on the claims procedure. Their number was always busy. I left a recorded complaint expecting a call back. But nothing of the sort happened. Two days later, I called up again; a person heard my complaint, he said he did not belong to the particular department and passed the line to the next person. This went on for about 20 mins and finally I was told that I will need to fill up an online claim form. A week passed and still no response. I kept callin
