Very unprofessional staff

I wanted to upgrade my policy but instead, they made me switch insurers. It took me a week to find a person who could explain the procedures involved for the change. I was told it would be done in a week, but it has been almost a month and still the documentation is stuck. They just keep calling up to confirm the same information and I am told the process will be over in 2 days. Their staff seemed unprofessional do not know what they are doing. So I jumped ship before it's too late.
