Impossible and slow customer service
It's impossible to get your call answered by them. E-mails are really slow. I their terms in their PDS is amibiguous and I am currently in a dispute with them in which I will be involving the ombudsman. Avoid if you do not have the time to go through tonnes of processes to get a claim.
