Hard to reach on the phone, poor customer service
They are hard to reach over the phone, and have poor customer service. Claim takes forever and I had to go through the ombudsman to get my claim on both occasions. I can't change providers because my dog's condition will be a pre-existing if I switch. For pet insurance, make sure that you get a proper insurer because you will not be able to change insurers if something happens later on.
