Shocking treatment
The customer service is appalling - they refused a claim for my dog to have laryngeal scarring removed (so she could breathe) saying that it is an "elective surgery" and I only found out when I called them. The communication is dreadfully poor and the attitude from the claims dept is terrible. We are on the phone now finding a different supplier. The lack of care is heartbreaking.

2months after signing up and submitting waiver form we got a letter saying cruciate ligament form not filled in correctly despite vet signing and dating it. Another vet visit required. Despite a second vet visit they would not accept cruciate ligament waiver.
We cancelled insurance on spot and will go with ANYONE else except woolworths again and wait the waiting period over again.
