Woolworths pet insurance
Not very happy, paid $84 a month and they found loopholes every time we made a claim so that they didn't have to pay us anything. The customer service was good as I was able to call up late and speak to someone, but they couks never really answer my questions about what can and can't be claimed. They also categorised illnesses in very broad categories so that they could say that 2 different illnesses classed in a particular category, therefore they wouldn't pay us anything when our pet got a sickness that fell in that same class. To me, it all seemed like a scam and a waste of money. You are better off saving that money in a seperate account, then taking it out when you need to pay a pet bill.
