Trustworthy

I work in Insurance myself now and have to say that the value for money of their pet Insurance is second to none.

They have the same underwriter as the 2nd Best Inurer according to CHOICE, and while there are different underwriting guidelines and loopholes...the level of coverage for what you pay is very high.

I see a lot of people complain "they didn't cover this, they didn't cover that" but if you read your PDS documents its pretty clear some of these procedures aren't covered.

One of my Mastiffs recently became deathly ill with massive inflammation in the bowel, sepsis , blood poisoning and no platelets (wont clot). Unable to find out a cause straight away. She has been in hospital for 7 days now and her bill for 5 of those days was 1,000 a day due to triple IV antibiotics.

I rang on a Saturday, when the Website listed that they had lines open and got no one. I made a complaint through social media and within 3 hours the head of Woolworths Insurance Division personally called me to assure me he would guarantee my dog was covered and to have her taken care of. A Claims SUPERVISOR then rang me on Monday to discuss the situation further.

I have been filing claims all week and they have been great in processing those claims and getting me 80% back as quickly as possible so I can afford to continue having her treated to try and save her life.

Name me another insurer that's done that for you.
