Good service but poor value for money
AAMI seem to provide very good customer service. However, in my opinion they could try and be a little more competitive in terms of their pricing and trying to match quotes form other insurers.

I agree. I've never had issue withh AAMI's service and claims process, but they do tend to increase premiums while reducing sum insured.
