Claim under review for 11 weeks
Pathetic service. It has been 11 weeks since the claim is made with AAMI and it is still “under review”. It seems they are not interested in actually honoring a claim but have ongoing stalling tactic of not paying for the damages. This is misleading to all their consumers based on their promotional advertising. Awful experience.
