Cheap car insurance but impossible to claim

Bingle maybe one of the cheapest car insurance around but when it comes to claiming, forget about ever hearing back from them. You have to keep chasing them up and there's no customer care. My case is outstanding from January 2014 and is still not resolved so I decided to never go with them again and have insured my new car elsewhere for cheaper than Bingle.
