Save your sanity !!!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with !! .... they continued to take money from my account for 6 months for a car I had sold and cancelled the policy for .... when i finally got some help... they told me I would have a refund within 10 working days .... which came and went with no refund ... tried for days again to get a response from anyone !! only to be told I would have it in 48 hours ... yep u guessed it ... no refund !! then had to try for another 4 days to get anyone to respond or help me !!!! still waiting for my refund .... doubt i will ever get it !! people in the complaints department are of no help what so ever ..... the only person who was of any help was Pam from the claims department !! what a wonderful person ... she has followed this up for me and phoned back when promised ... and this is not even her job!! you may as well fire the rest of the people in complaints and hire Pam !! she was more help than all of them put together !!! worst experience ... never again will i deal with this company !!! or recommend them .... for the small amount you save .... it is not worth your sanity or the amount of time and money you will spend to get your issues sorted out !!
