Its no accident they are horrible
This is an online insurance company where the online system does not work. It’s no accident they are horrible. The website says your emails will be returned in 1 business day but when you send a query it prompts they will reply in 2 business days. So what happens is that you will send query and hear back from them in 2 days, then they will ask you a question and you reply and will take another 2 days to hear back. So I wanted to simply cancel my policy due to frustration and it’s been 2 weeks and still going-on. I am still paying for my insurance!!!

Call your customers after two exchanges of emails, most case it will be solved in 2 mins and without frustration.
It’s an online insurance company so have system that works.
What I recommend to other customers
Don’t waste your time, in most cases they are the cheapest but by far are the worst. Spend 1/3rd more with other companies and get value for money.
