Serious MVA, not at fault - last thing i needed was a fight

Not at fault, told car was write off, three weeks later told was being fixed by "Bucket" repairs. Had to pay excess and chase up refund. Car returned with 38% wheel out of alignment, poor repair standard. When returned for faults to be fixed told they had exceed repair value (not my problem) and then accused of being in another accident, when i was in rehab and still unable to drive. Prats
