Dealing with AUTOMATONS!
Can't answer simple questions. REPEATS itself over & over.
NO PHONE CONTACT.
Have to have a credit card. Can't direct debit your account.
Tried to DOUBLE bill me without my authorisation then claimed it new nothing about it & asked for proof! I sent them THEIR emails they sent me & still admit their mistake! It was the 2nd attempt to debit my account (14 days after billing cycle).
Just happy I haven't had to make a claim as by the reviews that would be near impossible!
