No idea of customer service
From the moment the claim process started until my complaints were escalated to finally end up in the hands of FOS, the entire process was appalling. Insurance guidelines were not followed, customer service was just plain rude and I was made to feel not only abandoned in the matter but that I was annoying CGU by expecting support and service. Having several policies with them for many years I was so frustrted that all have now been cancelled and I have sort real insurers with real customer first attitudes. CGU I'm sorry but you DO NOT put the "you in CGU". Rather "we take the You out of CGU"
